Abstract:
This probe device (1) comprises a flange (2), an external plunger (3) that is disposed below the flange (2), a coupling member (7), an elastic member (5) that is provided between the flange (2) and external plunger (3), a coaxial cable (6), and a probe pin (4). The external plunger (3) comprises, in order from the top side to the bottom side, a first cavity that opens upward and a second cavity that opens to the first cavity and has a narrower width than the first cavity. The second cavity is formed by a hole (37) provided in the external plunger (3). The coupling member (7) is fixed to the external plunger (3) through the insertion of a lower end part of the coupling member (7) into the first cavity. The probe pin (4) is held by the external plunger (3) as a result of the probe pin (4) being inserted into a through hole (36) that opens to the second cavity.
