Abstract:
A probe member for inspection according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a body unit having a pillar shape, and a plurality of contact protrusions provided on the body unit configured as a cross-sectional area of the pillar, the contact protrusion having a peak, wherein the contact protrusion includes a vertical unit formed perpendicular to a surface of the body unit and connected to the vertex and an inclination unit connected to be inclined to an upper end of the vertical unit from the surface of the body unit to be connected to the peak.
