PATENT CLAIMS

1. A probe for administration of pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic substances through the skin comprising a housing, external and/or internal source of electric power (1), characterized in that, it comprises a dosing pump (6) connected with a source of a pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic substance and at least one applicator (8) applying the substance on the skin equipped with at least one coil (8c) generating alternating electromagnetic field.

2. The probe according to claim 1, characterized in that, the source of the substance is a tank (4) placed inside the housing.

3. The probe according to claim 1, characterized in that, the source of the substance is an external tank, and the substance is supplied to the probe through a pipe (5).

4. The probe according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that, the dosing pump (6) is powered by a stepper motor (3).

5. The probe according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that, the applicator (8) is equipped with vibrating and/or ultrasounds generating elements (8b). 2

6. The probe according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that, the coil (8c) generates electromagnetic field of frequency of 1-5 MHz.

7. The probe according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that, the source of electric power (1) is an accumulator placed inside the housing and/or at least one battery.

8. The probe according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that, it is equipped with a control system (2), which is equipped with a computer program controlling generation of electromagnetic field, and dosing, and administration of the substance.

9. The probe according to claim 8, characterized in that, the computer program controls generation of vibrations and/or ultrasounds.

10. The probe according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that, the dosing module (8d) of the applicator (8) is equipped with a radially shaped recess.

11. The probe according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that, it is equipped with a temperature sensor. 3

12. A method of administration of cosmetic substance through the skin, characterized in that, electromagnetic field is generated on the skin surface, and then a cosmetic substance is administered on the skin.

13. The method according to claim 12, characterized in that, the electromagnetic field has frequency of 1-5 MHz.

14. The method according to claim 12 or 13, characterized in that, after generation of electric field, during administration of the substance on the skin, vibrations and/or ultrasounds are generated.

15. A system for administration of pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic substances through the skin according to the method described in claims from 12 to 14, characterized in that, it comprises at least one probe (1.1. A, 2.2, 3.2) for the substance administration on the skin, a source of substances connected with a pump (6) dosing substance and a source of electric power (1), while the probe (1.1. A, 2.2, 3.2) is equipped with at least one coil (8c) generating electromagnetic field on the skin surface.

16. The system according to claim 15, characterized in that, the probe (1.1. A, 2.2, 3.2) additionally generates ultrasounds and/or vibrations. 4

17. The system according to claim 15 or 16, characterized in that, it comprises a control system (1.2.B, 3.3. A), which is equipped with a computer program controlling generation of electromagnetic field, and dosing, and administration of substances.

18. The system according to claim 17, characterized in that, the computer program controls generation of vibrations and/or ultrasounds.

19. The system according to claim 17 or 18, characterized in that, the control system (1.2.B, 3.3. A) is connected with a temperature sensor placed in the probe and retrieves data from the sensor, and the computer program uses these data to control the system operation.

20. The system according to any of claims 15-19, characterized in that, the probes (2.2.A, 2.2.B, 2.2.C, 2.2.D, 3.2.A, 3.2.B, 3.2.C, 3.2.D) are mounted on a hand or a leg of the patient by means of a strap (2.1.C, 3.1. A).
