Abstract:
Provided are a polypeptide probe for specifically detecting pathological collagens, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The polypeptide probe contains a polypeptide sequence (Gly-Hyp-Pro) n and a signal molecule modified at the N-terminus thereof. The polypeptide probe of the present application can maintain a 100% single-chain structure, and the concentration thereof can be accurately quantified, and the polypeptide probe can thus be used for early diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of collagen-related diseases.
