Abstract:
A procedure assistance device 1 that alleviates the burden of a procedure and assists in efficiently preparing a procedure document, comprises: a face authentication unit 2 that carries out face authentication using first face image information obtained by imaging a person-identifiable medium and second face image information obtained by imaging a user as a person; and a display information generation unit 3 that, when the face authentication has been successful and the person-identifiable medium is a My Number card, generates display information for displaying on a display device pre-registered procedure information which is obtained from a server through a dedicated line and is used for preparing the procedure document corresponding to the My Number card.
