Abstract:
A process and apparatus for modification treatment of a polyester cord and a rubber adhesive. An extremely small amount of calcined gypsum powder is applied into chloroprene rubber for secondary stirring and extrusion, fatty acid calcium and an antioxidant are added, and a specific solvent is used for well mixing in a stirring and blending assembly, so that the performance of adhesion between a rubber adhesive and a polyester cord is improved, and the strength of adhesion between the rubber adhesive and the polyester cord is improved; moreover, an extrusion modification assembly, the stirring and blending assembly, and a composite modification assembly are interconnected and mounted, so that the continuous operation of modification treatment of the polyester cord and the rubber adhesive is implemented, the structure is simple, and the use is convenient.
