Abstract:
Disclosed is a process for making paper by recycling waste paper, the process comprising (1) purchasing waste paper; (2) crushing the waste paper; (3) removing residue at a high concentration; (4) coarse screening same; (5) fine screening same; (6) concentrating same by means of an inclined net; (7) storing a pulp in a pulp storage pool; (8) flowing the pulp by means of a pulp flowing box; (9) moulding same by means of a moulding net; (10) squeezing same; (11) drying same; (12) sizing; (13) coiling same; (14) rewinding same; (15) packaging same; and (16) putting the finished product in storage. The process has a scum utilization of 100%, can save on electric energy by 80%, reduces the enterprise cost by 8%, and save on water consumption by 80%.
