Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a process method for efficiently preparing an L-carnosine-enriched compound. A functional substance applied to food is obtained by means of steps such as performing raw material processing, purification, concentration, sterilization, and spray drying on marine fish products. The substance has strong water solubility and has significant functions such as oxidation resistance, aging resistance, and reducing uric acid; and dietotherapic substances in food industry that are used as natural antioxidants and reduce uric acid are the L-carnosine-enriched compounds. The present invention can avoid the problems that environmental pollution caused by traditional chemical synthesis and high costs caused by complex synthesis steps, and solve the problem of excessive arsenic content in marine fish extracts, so that products are more safe.
