Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a process parameter accurate control system for a titanium sponge reduction process, comprising: a pressure unit, configured to detect a pressure value in a reaction chamber, and regulate and control the pressure in the reaction chamber; a temperature unit, configured to detect a temperature distribution of a longitudinal area in the reaction chamber, regulate and control the temperature in the reaction chamber on the basis of the temperature distribution of the longitudinal area, and calculate an actual liquid-level height in the reaction chamber; a feeding unit, configured to automatically feed a material into the reaction chamber; a discharging unit, configured to control automatic discharge of the reaction chamber and intelligent collection of the discharge; and a control center, communicationally connected with the above units and configured to construct a calculation function of a liquid-level height, a feeding amount and a discharging amount, determine a difference value between the actual liquid-level height and a theoretical liquid-level height, and automatically adjust the feeding amount in the current-batch discharging stage and the next-batch feeding stage. The present invention also provides a control method. The present invention realizes accurate control of the reaction temperature, the pressure, the feeding amount and the discharging amount, and intelligently regulates and controls the feeding amount on the basis of an algorithm, so as to realize an efficient reduction reaction.
