Abstract:
A process for the preparation of the compound represented by chemical formulae (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8a, 8b, 9, 10) which is useful as a raw material for the preparation of antibiotics; and intermediates used for the preparation of the compound: wherein X?1¿ and X?3¿ are each halogeno; and R?1¿ is (substituted) aralkyl, (substituted) diphenylmethyl, (substituted) triphenylmethyl or (substituted) acyl.
