Abstract:
A process of preparing a dry sand medium for an air and dry sand coal separation system, comprising the following steps: a. raw material selection; b. grinding; c. aqueous magnetic separation; d. drying treatment; e. screening and grading; f. mixing and stirring; and g. packaging for use. The process can achieve recycling of an ore having the content of ironstone less than 3%, thereby improving resource utilization and avoiding waste of ore resources.
