Abstract:
Disclosed is a process for exchanging substituents, for example chlorine by fluorine, in organic compounds. The process encompasses the application of a compound of Formula (IV) as a catalyst, wherein the R's independently of one another are aliphatic, cycloaliphatic, aromatic or araliphatic groups, Aq-is a q-valent anion and q is an integer from 1-3.
