Title:
PROCESS FOR PRODUCING HIGH RESISTANCE NICKEL-CHROMIUM ELECTROTHERMAL ALLOY
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/243980
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A process for producing a high resistance nickel-chromium electrothermal alloy, comprising the following steps: step I, compounding, which involves mixing alloy powders in percentage by mass: Ni 52%, Cr 35%, Mn 2%, Al 0.07%, Fe 0.1%, P 3%, Mg 2%, Ti 5%, Er 0.3%, Sc 0.5%, and Y 0.03%; step II, placing the mixed alloy powder in a vacuum freeze drier for drying, such that the water content of the powder is lower than 0.5%; step III, medium frequency smelting; step IV, refining; step V, cooling, which involves cooling the above steel ingot for 0.5 h; step VI, forging, which involves shaping the steel ingot into a square bar; step VII hot rolling same into a wire rod, which involves hot rolling the square bar into a wire rod; step VIII, annealing; step IX, acid cleaning; step X, polishing the surface to remove burrs on the surface of the wire rod; and step XI, drawing-annealing-drawing the above wire rod. With this process, a nickel-chromium electrothermal alloy with a high resistance can be obtained.
