Abstract:
A process in which an N−protected heterocyclic compound such as a 1−alkoxycarbonyl−3−aminopyrrolidine is produced from a nitrogenous saturated heterocyclic compound having two kinds of nitrogen atoms, such as 3−aminopyrrolidine, by position−selectively reacting the nitrogen atom as a member of the heterocycle. A nitrogenous saturated heterocyclic compound having two kinds of nitrogen atoms is reacted with a dialkyl dicarbonate (ROCO−O−COOR) at a pH of 9 to 14 to produce a 1−alkoxycarbonyl nitrogenous saturated heterocyclic compound having a high purity.
