Abstract:
The present invention pertains to a process for producing a surface-treated film which comprises: a step for applying a coating fluid that contains a curable resin to one surface of a transparent resin film while travelling the transparent resin film, and thereby forming a coating layer; and a step for curing the coating layer, and thereby forming a surface treatment layer. The process is characterized in that the curing of the coating layer is conducted in such a state that both edge parts of the coating layer in the direction perpendicular to the travelling direction of the transparent resin film are tilted in the direction opposite the surface on which the coating layer has been formed. According to the process, the curling in the edge parts of the film can be effectively inhibited without necessitating a complicated process.
