Abstract:
In the simultaneous production of a variety of tires including the molding operation,
vulcanization operation and finishing operation, it is intended to attain enhancing
of operation-to-operation efficiency and thus realize efficient multiproduct
production. Means therefor is provided by pasting an information label onto
each green tire molded in the molding operation, carrying out an operation-to-operation
integrated management with the use of the information label, disposing a mounting
area for temporary stocking of green tires between the molding operation and
vulcanization operation sites, and reducing any waiting time occurring due
to a cycle time difference between the molding operation and vulcanization operation.
