Abstract:
A homogeneous liquid mixture comprising a hydrocarbon and a cyclic hydrofluorocarbon is separated by cooling into a hydrocarbon layer and a cyclic hydrofluorocarbon layer, and only the latter is recovered and used as at least part of the cyclic hydrofluorocarbon to be used in rinsing and/or vapor drying.
