Abstract:
The present invention relates to a processing apparatus and method, using a plurality of lasers, the processing apparatus comprising: a plurality of laser generators for generating a plurality of laser beams; a plurality of beam deformation apparatuses for maintaining or deforming, in real-time, the respective shapes of the laser beams; beam combiners for combining the plurality of laser beams which have been deformed by the plurality of beam deformation apparatuses; and a control unit for controlling, in real-time, the driving of the respective laser generators and beam deformation apparatuses by changing respective irradiation conditions of the laser beams on the basis of a processing condition of an object to be processed. By providing such configuration, a single object to be processed or an object to be processed having the same material or mutually different materials laminated may be processed by irradiating laser beams having mutually different wavelengths on the object to be processed.
