Abstract:
A processing apparatus 1 comprises: a workpiece setting position identification unit 114 that identifies a workpiece setting position by measuring the configuration of a workpiece after displacing an arm leading end to a prescribed positional measurement point in a workpiece setup state where the workpiece is positioned by a workpiece positioning unit; a processing execution point information generation unit 115 that, on the basis of both the workpiece setting position and processing target portion information 124 indicative of the position of a portion of the workpiece subject to prescribed processing, generates processing execution point information 125 indicative of a processing execution point, that is, a displacement point for the arm leading end where the prescribed processing is to be executed by a processing tool in the workpiece setup state; and a workpiece processing control unit 116 that displaces the arm leading end to the processing execution point according to the processing execution point information 125 and causes the processing tool to perform the prescribed processing on the workpiece.
