Abstract:
The information processing system of technical services (mechanical, installation and electronic) of buildings is by artificial intelligence and operator, which is sent to the site by the technician and the required equipment according to the user's request and their processing. The user registers the event in the application or by the operator and the event site is uploaded along with the facility plan and architecture and the user can register the event and then the specialist shift manager sends the necessary technicians and equipment to the event site to solve the problem. Finally, after finishing the work, the cost and the level of job satisfaction will be paid and registered through the application.
