A processing method based on three-dimensional imaging. The method comprises the steps of: acquiring a first image (1210) and a second image (1220) which are collected within a preset time, wherein the first image (1210) and the second image (1220) comprise two-dimensional pattern information (1100) of projected light, and a pixel maximum value region of the two-dimensional pattern information (1100) in the first image (1210) and that of the second image (1220) do not overlap with each other; determining a first feature image (1310) and a second feature image (1320) according to difference values between pixel values of pixel points of the first image (1210) and pixel values of corresponding pixel points of the second image (1220), and determining a three-dimensional image (1400); obtaining an allowance to be processed according to the three-dimensional image (1400) and preset three-dimensional information; and determining a processing path of a processing tool bit (442) according to coordinate information of a collection region (10) and that of the processing tool bit (442) and the allowance to be processed.
