Provided are a processing method, device and apparatus for data duplication and transmission, and a storage medium. The method comprises: in the event of multiple duplication and transmission mechanisms, if a UE unit in a duplication and transmission state meets a condition to use a second duplication and transmission switch mechanism, directly switching to a second duplication and transmission state, or switching to the second duplication transmission state after a timer times out, or if a priority level is higher than a current priority level, switching to the second duplication and transmission state according to priority levels of duplication and transmission switch mechanisms. The technical solution of the invention enables switching between multiple duplication and transmission switch mechanisms and execution of transmission processing in a coexistence scenario.
