Abstract:
A processing method and entity of public identity shared by multi-terminals are disclosed, to resolve the succession session failed problem that may be resulted by non-adopting the particular operation when the CSI-Interworking(CSI-IW) receives the public identify shared by multi-terminals indicated by the session message from the calling side. The method includes the following steps: when the CSI-IW receives the public identify shared by multi-terminals indicated by the session message from the calling side, selecting the operation manner of the session message; in the processing of routing the session message, notifying the selected information to the following net element; the following net element processing the session message according to the notified information. The entity includes: a judging unit, a selecting unit and a notifying unit. Thus, when the CSI-IW receives the public identify shared by multi-terminals indicated by the session message from the calling side, adopting the particular operation can improve the success ratio of succession session.
