Abstract:
A processing method for a high-reflectivity reflection cover, and a high-reflectivity lamp. The processing method for the high-reflectivity reflection cover comprises: A. preparing at least one microcellular foamed reflection plate subjected to anti-UV treatment; B. preheating the microcellular foamed reflection plate; C. heating the microcellular foamed reflection plate subjected to preheating, so as to soften the microcellular foamed reflection plate; D. hot-pressing the softened microcellular foamed reflection plate, so as to form a a reflection cover of a prerequisite shape and E. cooling same to obtain the high-reflectivity reflection cover. The high-reflectivity reflection cover can significantly improve the reflectivity of the emitted light, the reflectivity reaching 95% to 99%, greatly improving the lamplight emission efficiency and improving the lamp brightness.
