A processing and molding device for a metal composite material, comprising a device body (1), wherein the upper end of the device body (1) is provided with a processing table (2); the outer surface of the upper end of the processing table (2) is provided with a support column (3); the outer surface of the front end of the support column (3) is provided with a connection support (4); the outer surface of the lower end of the connection support (4) is provided with a rotating column (5); the outer surface of the lower end of the rotating column (5) is provided with a telescopic rod (6); the outer surface of the lower end of the telescopic rod (6) is provided with a metal machining device (7); the outer surface of the upper end of the processing table (2) is provided with a fixed blocking plate (8); one side of the fixed blocking plate (8) is provided with a slide groove (9); the upper end of the slide groove (9) is provided with a slide blocking plate (10); one side of the slide blocking plate (10) is provided with a fixed stopper (11); and a motor (12) is provided inside the device body (1).
