A processing system related to an embodiment is provided with a processing device. The processing device includes a plurality of detection elements arrayed in a first direction and a second direction that cross each other and receives a detection result of a reflection wave from a detector that executes a probing operation including the transmission of an ultrasonic wave toward a welding target and the detection of the reflection wave. The processing device executes, on the basis of the detection result, first determination for determining whether the welding target is bonded or not bonded at a plurality of points along the first direction and the second direction. The processing device executes second determination for determining whether the first determination result is suitable on the basis of the detection result or the result of the first determination.
