Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a product containing microfibrous cellulose, wherein microparticles have excellent dispersability in an aqueous medium containing microfibrous cellulose. The present invention provides a product containing microfibrous cellulose with a microfibrous cellulose content of 80 mass% or more, wherein the haze value of a sample thereof is 20% or less. Said sample is added to pure water such that the solid content concentration of the product containing microfibrous cellulose is 0.4 mass%, and said sample is stirred in a disperser at 1,500 rpm for 5 minutes.
