Abstract:
The present application provides a product having dual identification codes, a product tracing and authentication method, and a device. The method comprises: receiving a query request sent by means of a user scanning a first identification code on a product; providing basic information, a logistic state, and user scanning information of the product matching the first identification code to the user; receiving an authentication request sent by means of the user scanning a second identification code on the product; and providing an authentication verification result of the product matching the second identification code to the user. The present application ensures effective product authentication while also reducing the complexity of user queries.
