Abstract:
In a device for processing a product order and an operation method thereof according to the present invention: if product code information included in at least one piece of product identification information among multiple pieces of product identification information does not match a preset code format, code format information corresponding to supermarket identification information is read; a product identification code is extracted from the product code information included in the product identification information that does not match the preset code format, on the basis of the code format information; product identification information including product code information corresponding to the product identification code is retrieved in a product information storage unit; and then the retrieved product identification information is modified on the basis of the product identification information, so that an accurate price of fresh food can be provided.
