Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a product return task generating method, apparatus, and device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining purchase information of an item; matching the purchase information with configuration information in a product return database to determine a target product return condition corresponding to the item, wherein the configuration information comprises product return condition information respectively corresponding to at least one piece of purchase information; and if it is detected that the item satisfies the target product return condition, generating a product return task corresponding to the item.
