Abstract:
This product search support server is connected to a user terminal in a manner that enables communication, and provides product pages for a plurality of stores that sell the same product. The product search support server is provided with: a receiving unit that receives display requests for the product pages of a single store from the terminal; an extraction unit that extracts product identification information that uniquely identifies merchandise sold on the product pages of the single store, from a product information storage unit that stores at least one item of product information, which includes store information representing the store and information representing products sold by the store; and a transmitting unit that transmits, to the terminal, search-related information related to a search for the at least one item of product information that uses the product identification information.
