Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a product test method, a terminal and a computer-readable storage medium. The method comprises: controlling an electric motor of each product under test in a batch under test to perform a variable-speed rotational motion; acquiring a vibration acceleration signal of each said product in said batch, wherein the vibration acceleration signal is collected by an acceleration sensor of said product during the variable-speed rotational motion of the electric motor; generating a frequency sweeping characteristic curve of said product according to the vibration acceleration signal, wherein the frequency sweeping characteristic curve is used for representing a vibration condition of said product during the variable-speed rotational motion; comparing all the frequency sweeping characteristic curves of said batch, so as to determine an outlier of said batch; and according to the outlier of said batch, determining whether there is an abnormal product among said products, so as to complete the uniformity test of said batch. By means of the solution, an accurate and effective uniformity test can be automatically performed on products, thereby improving the factory dispatch efficiency of products.
