Abstract:
A product turnover mechanism, comprising a rotary pneumatic cylinder (11) and a turnover shaft (12). The turnover shaft (12) is rotatably connected to the rotary pneumatic cylinder (11). The turnover shaft (12) comprises a first side surface (121) and a second side surface (122) that are arranged opposite to each other and at least one elastic clamping hole (101) running through the first side surface (121) and the second side surface (122) and used for clamping a product. The rotary pneumatic cylinder (11) is used for driving the turnover shaft (12) to rotate around the axis thereof, so that the first side surface (121) is on the top or the second side surface (122) is on the top. Due to the configuration of an elastic clamping part, the mechanism can push the portion of the product that is exposed out of the bottom of the turnover shaft upward to expose the product out of the top of the turnover shaft, thereby facilitating a robotic arm at a next position grabbing the turned-over product. When grabbing the product, the robotic arm at the next position grabs the upper portion of the turned-over product, and the lower portion of the turned-over product is closer to a product hole; therefore, the product can be easily inserted into the product hole.
