Abstract:
A production device 100 is provided with: a mechanism 90 for positioning a member for forming a convex part; a tension damper 70 serving as an affixing mechanism; a speed-increasing device 80; a metal roller 20 and a rubber roller 40; and a cutting mechanism 50. A separator sheet 20 and an electrode sheet 10 are joined such that a member 35 for forming a convex part is sandwiched between the sheets, and are affixed by bending the separator sheet 20 at the location where the member 35 for forming a convex part is disposed.
