Abstract:
A production device for a stretchable sheet, that produces a stretchable sheet (10) having individual threadlike elastic members (13) in an elongated state being interposed and bonded between a pair of continuous sheets (11, 12), in a state in which said threadlike elastic members (13) are arranged along an intersecting direction that intersects the continuation direction of the continuous sheets (11, 12). The production device comprises: an adhesive coating mechanism (17) that coats an adhesive on each end section (11e, 11e) in the intersecting direction on the surface of at least one continuous sheet (11) out of the pair of continuous sheets (11, 12); a bonding mechanism (21) that bonds the pair of continuous sheets (11, 12) by using the adhesive, by feeding the pair of continuous sheets (11, 12) along the continuation direction of the continuous sheets (11, 12), and superposing and clamping same in the thickness direction of the continuous sheets (11, 12); a conveyance mechanism (31) that conveys a continuous body (13a) of threadlike elastic members towards between the pair of continuous sheets (11, 12) bonded by the bonding mechanism (21); a winding mechanism (41) that feeds out the continuous body (13a) of threadlike elastic members, and winds the continuous body (13a) of threadlike elastic members on the conveyance mechanism (31), in an elongated state; and a cutting mechanism (51) that, after the pair of continuous sheets (11, 12) have been clamped by the bonding mechanism (21), cuts the continuous body (13a) of threadlike elastic members at a position further on the end side in the intersecting direction than the continuous sheets (11, 12), and generates individual threadlike elastic members (13, 13, ...). The coating volume per unit area in sections (11ep, 11ep) on the surface, further on the end side in the intersecting direction than the end sections (11e, 11e), is less than the coating volume per unit area in the end sections (11e, 11e).
