Abstract:
The present invention relates to a production equipment heat recovery and humidity control module and a heat recovery and humidity control system using same. In the heat recovery and humidity control module, an adsorption dehumidification wheel is provided at a fresh air entrance, and an adsorption region of the adsorption dehumidification wheel is used to absorb the water vapor in outdoor fresh air, thus, the moisture in the outdoor fresh air can be removed to a large extent, so as to reduce the impact of air humidity changes caused by seasonal changes on the coating production speed and product quality. No additional regeneration heater is provided for the adsorption dehumidification wheel, and part of the high-temperature gas discharged from a drying oven directly acts on a regeneration region of the adsorption dehumidification wheel to desorb the water vapor adsorbed on the wheel and regenerates the water vapor to external air, thereby further reducing the energy consumption of a system. In addition, in the present invention, a heat exchanger is used to exchange heat between external low-temperature fresh air and the high-temperature gas in production equipment, so that the external low-temperature fresh air can be heated to a temperature close to a drying temperature and introduced into the drying oven. Therefore, there is no need to provide a fresh air heater for the system, thereby greatly reducing the energy consumption of the system.
