Abstract:
Disclosed is a production jig clamp for right-angle arched parts. The production jig clamp comprises a handle (2) and a transmission rod (4), the transmission rod (4) is arranged on the lower side of the left end of the handle (2), the handle (2) and the transmission rod (4) are fixed in a sleeved manner, a limiting base (3) is arranged around the outer periphery of the surface side of the lower end of the transmission rod (4), and a bottom plate (5) is arranged at the lower end of the limiting base (3). In the present apparatus, a traditional threaded rod is configured to be a current transmission rod, such that during use, the handle can be directly pushed to drive the transmission rod to move, and the phenomena of slow fixing and an inconvenient operation step, which are traditionally due to the fact that a positioning block is driven to be fixed by means of the rotation of an internal thread groove, can be avoided; and during the fixing of the transmission rod, rotation can be carried out by means of a fastening bolt, and the surface side of the lower end of the fastening bolt is of an arc-shaped structure, such that the transmission rod can be secured better, and thus fixing can be more conveniently conducted.
