Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are a production line Internet-of-Things system for aluminized transfer paper, and an Internet-of-Things communication method therefor. The production line Internet-of-Things system for aluminized transfer paper, which system is disclosed in the present invention, includes: a state collection module, which is arranged on each device of a production line of aluminized transfer paper, and respectively collects operation parameters of the corresponding device; an Internet-of-Things communication module, which is used for receiving and summarizing the operation parameters; a signal processing module, which is used for analyzing and processing the operation parameters; and an instruction module, which is used for receiving an analysis result from the signal processing module, sending a corresponding instruction according to the analysis result, and controlling the working state of each device of the production line of aluminized transfer paper. The present invention can match the data formats of operation parameters of various different intelligent devices and communication protocols of the intelligent devices, such that the Internet-of-Things communication of a mixed production line is realized, and the overall intelligent management and control of the production line are ensured, thereby greatly improving the production efficiency and benefits.
