Abstract:
Provided is a production line (100) for the thermal forming of aluminum alloy plates, comprising a loading table (1), a positioning assembly (2), an unstacking robot (3) which moves a plate (10) from the loading table to the positioning assembly, a heating furnace (4), a heating furnace loading robot (5), a heating furnace unloading robot (7), a press (6), a press unloading robot (8), and a control unit. The production line for the thermal forming of aluminum alloy plates may improve the production rate, realize automatic oil injection and allow a finished plate to be scratch-free.
