Abstract:
Provided is a production method for adhesive skin patches that can be cut without leakage of an aqueous gel, even if the aqueous gel has a high water content and high fluidity. This production method for adhesive skin patches includes a cutting step in which an adhesive skin patch sheet (10) comprising a plurality of adhesive skin patches (1) continuing in at least one direction is cut at the boundaries between adhesive skin patches (1) lined up in said one direction, said adhesive skin patches (1) comprising a supporting base material (2), an aqueous gel (3) laminated on one surface of the supporting base material (2) and having a water content of 60–95 wt%, and a peeling film (4) covering the aqueous gel (3). In the cutting step, the adhesive skin patch sheet (10) is held between ultrasonic wave vibration devices (9A, 9B) and cutting devices (8A, 8B) and the supporting base material (20) and the peeling film (40) are joined in conjunction with the cutting, as a result of the ultrasonic wave vibration devices (9A, 9B) applying ultrasonic vibration to the peeling film (40) at the boundaries on the adhesive skin patch sheet (10).
