Abstract:

This production method for a thermoplastic resin composite material integrally molds and composites a sheet-shaped auxiliary base material and a main base material that includes a thermoplastic resin, said production method characterized by having: a step (step S1) in which the auxiliary base material is heated; a step (step S2) in which the heated auxiliary base material is arranged inside a metal mold; a step (step S3) in which the main base material is arranged inside the metal mold via the auxiliary base material; a step (step S4) in which the metal mold is clamped and the auxiliary base material and the main base material are compressed and integrally molded; and a step in which the integrally molded thermoplastic resin composite material is removed from the metal mold.
