Abstract:
Provided is a novel production method that produces a powder of dried fruit being fruit that has been dried. The method for producing dried fruit powder comprises: a water absorption step in which dried fruit is caused to absorb water; a pulverizing step in which the dried fruit after the water absorption step is pulverized and made into a paste in which the dried fruit after the water absorption step has been pulverized into a prescribed size; and a step in which the paste after the pulverizing step is dried and powdered.
