Abstract:
A production method for dyeing pure natural colored paper, comprising: S1. the configuration of pure natural dye liquor; S2. the preparation of a white paper product; S3. direct injection dyeing; S4. the addition of a stripping agent; S5. drying; S6. the collection of a residual dye solution; S7. the recycling and replenishment of the dye liquor; and S8. rolling. The beneficial effects are: a new pure natural dyeing process is used to replace the paper product dyeing method of traditional chemical dyeing, no chemical dye is added in the dyeing process to complete the dyeing of the paper product, which solves the problems of pollution and the impact on health of traditional chemical dyeing; a fruit that has a high pigment content is selected as a dyeing raw material to achieve the pure nature of the paper product dyeing process; and a fruit plant that has a higher viscosity is selected as a dye-fixing agent for natural dyeing, which solves the problem of color fastness of pure natural dyeing.
