Abstract:
A production method for glass sheets that comprises a shaping step for performing sheet-draw shaping in which a roller group that includes an annealing roller 7 that is connected to a motor 6 is used to draw a glass ribbon G. A waveform acquisition step and a spectral analysis step are executed during the shaping step. The waveform acquisition step is for acquiring a waveform 9 that is obtained on the basis of changes in the torque of the motor 6 and/or a waveform 10 that is obtained on the basis of changes in rotational speed, and the spectral analysis step is for obtaining frequency spectra 11, 12 from the waveforms 9, 10 acquired in the waveform acquisition step.
