Title:
PRODUCTION METHOD FOR HEAT DISSIPATION COMPONENT USING SOLUBLE CHEMICAL SALT FOR FILLING PIPE, AND HEAT DISSIPATION COMPONENT PRODUCED BY SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2024/004771
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention pertains to: a production method for a heat dissipation component using a soluble chemical salt for filling a pipe; and a heat dissipation component produced by the production method. According to the present invention, a high-pressure casted aluminum alloy heat dissipation component is produced by subjecting, to a banding process, a pipe filled with a soluble chemical salt having a heat capacity of at least 90 J/(mo·K) and a melting point of 270-480°C, attaching the pipe to the inside of a die, and casting, through die casting, a high heat-conducting aluminum alloy at about 214-220 (W/M·°C) and in which a reactive gas is injected. The production method for a heat dissipation component using a soluble chemical salt for filling a pipe according to the present invention has the effect of inhibiting the occurrence of bending of an aluminum pipe in which a molten chemical salt mixture is injected and solidified, and preventing a change in the shape of the pipe due to pressure during high-pressure casting. In a cast article, a filling material can also be easily heated and extracted at a temperature lower than or equal to the melting point of a cast metal. Since the extracted filling material can be recycled, the method has excellent advantages in terms of production and economy.
