Abstract:

A production method for interdental cleaning tools (1) comprising: a base material section (10) having a handle section (11) and a core section (12); and a soft section (20) having a soft section (21) for cleaning, a non-slip section (22), and a coupling section (23) that extends from two locations in the non-slip section (22) and connects to the soft section (21) for cleaning. Second gates (49) in second molds (40, 41) for molding the soft sections (20) are opened at positions, in non-slip section-molding spaces (47) for molding the non-slip sections (22), that are at substantially equal distances from positions at two locations at which communication ports (48a) connect to coupling section molding spaces (48) that mold the coupling section (23). Elastomer material is filled from the second gates (49) into the second molding spaces (42) in the soft sections (20).
