Abstract:
In order to prevent fusion and deformation of a fuse element even when a temperature fuse element is exposed to a mounting temperature, this production method for a mounting body (3) having a temperature fuse element (1) mounted to a circuit substrate (2) includes at least one thermal treatment on the temperature fuse element (1). The temperature fuse element (1) comprises a fuse element (13) having a low fusion-point metal (20) having a lower fusion point than the thermal treatment temperature and a high fusion-point metal (21) having a higher fusion point than the thermal treatment temperature, said fuse element fusing in a temperature range of at least the fusion point of the low fusion-point metal (20) and less than the fusion point of the high fusion-point metal. The thermal treatment is performed at a temperature of at least the fusion point of the low fusion-point metal (20).
