Abstract:
A production method for a peptide compound via a solid-phase method, including: a preparation step for preparing a solid-phase-supported first amino acid having an amino group or a solid-phase-supported first peptide having an amino group; and a condensation step for condensing the first amino acid or the first peptide with a second amino acid having a carboxy group and a protected amino group and/or a protected hydroxy group, or with a second peptide having a carboxy group and a protected amino group and/or a protected hydroxy group, in the presence of a specified carbodiimide-based condensing agent and an additive agent.
