Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for producing high-purity artificial zeolite suitable for an industrial mass-production scale, not a laboratory scale. [Solution] An alkaline aqueous solution is subjected to a fly ash permeation process, whereupon an acid is added to the fly-ash-permeated aqueous solution and another permeation process is performed in an acidic aqueous solution having a pH of 1.0 or lower. The resulting solution is subjected to solid-liquid separation by a centrifugal separator while being washed with water, and is dehydrated to synthesize a starting composition. The starting composition is subjected to a hydrothermal reaction to industrially mass-produce high-purity artificial zeolite.
