Abstract:
A production process for an antibacterial and bacteriostatic non-woven fabric, belonging to the field of antibacterial materials. The production process for the antibacterial and bacteriostatic non-woven fabric comprises the following steps: S1, mixing various raw materials in parts by weight, the various raw materials comprising 46-49 parts of a polypropylene resin H5380-1, 46-48 parts of a polypropylene resin V30G, and 5-30 parts of a modified nano-zinc oxide bacteriostatic masterbatch; S2, setting the temperatures of six regions and the other parameters of a non-woven fabric production apparatus; and S3, feeding the uniformly mixed raw materials into the non-woven fabric production apparatus for production, so as to obtain an antibacterial and bacteriostatic non-woven fabric. By means of the process, the melt index value of the modified nano-zinc oxide antibacterial masterbatch and the polypropylene resin masterbatch, which are mixed and matched in terms of proportion, reaches 28-30, such that the fluidity is good; moreover, the uniform and effective antibacterial and bacteriostatic non-woven fabric can be produced under the above set conditions of the parameters of the apparatus, and the technical problems in the production of the non-woven fabric by mixing a modified nano-zinc oxide antibacterial masterbatch with a polypropylene resin in the industry are solved.
